The Joy of Death

Bonhoeffer wrote a sermon in 1933 about death. He shared the fate of the many, many Jews who had been killed just as he had in that very same place. Bonhoeffer went to his death as a true martyr. 65 years ago today, this happened at dawn. His body, the crematorium at Flossenburg was broken.
