You Don't Need to Be Different to Build a Great Business
Every single business idea, I just want to stand up and scream at the top of my lungs, simplify this thing. And it's a problem that's perpetuated by the media and these professors and entrepreneurship culture. The first question is always the same: What makes you different? That's the first question in every pitch. Keep that in mind as you go about this life, copy off your competitors, study them and don't reinvent the wheel. You'll do something in a thriving market right in your town and you'll win. Period.
