Is It a Government Problem?

The medical data to me seems like the most impactful, easiest data to get an impact from. There are lots of excuses why people won't give people access to it but we could be saving millions of lives a year and making tens of millions of people eat better off. So obvious, why is it not happening? It's a hairy problem. Of course, one thing is government, not depends really on the countries. I wouldn't say it's technically not possible. It's more like there's so many players involved in that.
