Portland - Is Portland a Hippie-Dippy City?
The Southern Poverty Law Center identifies 18 different hate groups in the state of Oregon. A 2011 audit found that 64% of landlords and leasing agents in the city discriminated against black and Latino renters. Portland is a city with a lot of left wing political activism now, but it's seen as a hippie-dippy sort of place.
