The Importance of UBOs
The three-letter acronym UBO has spread around the world faster than the speed of light. It tries to cut through obfuscation that's made possible by the use of a company and see what the actual criminal is doing behind it. The problem started in the 1980s, but we still haven't made very much progress considering it's such an easy thing to solve. There are all these different jurisdictions all offering different products which means there are lots of mismatches between them. And until we can iron out those differences then we're always going to end up with the kind of loopholes that criminals exploit.
