The Fed's Balanced Economy

Inflation and the labor market, they're all related. That's what I would call a really healthy labor market. We had low inflation and people were able to get multiple job opportunities. Now, we have an unbalanced economy. And while it feels good at the moment for a particular worker to get a particular wage gain, that's not when I call a strong place for the economy to be in.
