Arsa: Does the reader know the author of the news? Do they know who they're geting the mal from? Could they picture, maybe their face, definitely their name, and maybe their voice, makes a big difference to whether people will share. He says it's like pretty accepted now that if you're going to take emal seriously, you got to treat it as a product. Arsa: I think too many times when like, making products, either the mononization comes last or the modenization is in direct opposition to the higher purpois of the product.
