How Has That Experience With a Big Manufacturer Helped Formala One?
There was just enoh, guidance from but no restrictions or any kind of dictatorship. We could really develop te our organization the way we wanted. I think that's something that that is a big difference between manufacturer motor sport and formala one. Much ewer lost all of that y i was supervising all of em. E, you you need to really allocate the people and the money to the different projects. And you will obviously not have enough people and not enough money for the iindividual pro so its is identifying in what i have to do,. which people and which budget i alocate two the different projects for them to be reasonably successful.
