The Powerful Tools Aren't Good or Bad

i'm one of those people, i love a technology, and i love financial tools. And the problem is, they're very powerful tools. You can give a lazer gun to somebody competent to use it and trustworthy o use it, you can give it to a cave man and get a complete mess. A government system that's untrustworthy could use those tools to control centrally. That is not about freedom. It has some really worrysome implications.
