How Do You Measure Customer Attention Rates?
We have the highest gross profit margin in that group. We also have, our production rates for our lawn applicators are in the top two % in the country. So a lot of the stuff sounds combish, that we're doing everything, but when you have people showing up in their strength, you know, i don't have to motivate em. They're in the rigt ranks. And when you're in that energy, it's self motivating and e so just bein the top,you know, %, two percent in the whole country, and that, you know,. it's a big, it's abig deal.
