Getting a Road Map in Place

There was no road map when i got there. The teams were all working on fairly high probability of sucs projects, but all those projects were going to be incremental in terms of lift. So something needed change. But the only way toreorient an organization on to some bigger swings is you need a road map. And so we were in a real hurry to get a road map in place. I grabbed our head of design, farosh, a very smart woman who really understood our customer and we took over a corner of one of our floors. What i didn't realize was i was actually triggering a cultural sensitivity that, fair or not, there was a perception that previous leadership had had favorites
