The Good News Is That They Haven't Passed Any of Their Bills

State Department officials come from deep inside the bowels of the state department. They've formulated their view collectively, together, over the 30 year periiod. The good news is they haven't passed any of their ogenda really. Look at the intra structure bill. I personally just think it was three times more expensive than it needed to be,. not paid for. We easily could have done some good on interstructure just by spending old money and leaving it at that.
