The Unwritten Deal: The Republican Party Must Vote Unanimously for Every Bill That Comes to the Floor

The new rule is, anything they don't like should not be allowed to get a vote. This all fits in with a larger theory of mine that written about, talked about. They like to lose. Losing is how you know that you're right, that they're screwing you. And so if they're voting with Democrats, not even to not even to raise a bill, they're losing. That's good. No one gets everything.
