It's really amazing that evolution, three point seven billion years of life on earth, produces these elegant systems that enable us to hear these tiny pressures. These days, we can be the curators of our own sonic world. We've built buildings and made entire professions around creating and enjoying sound. And it's all because of our understanding of sound at a physical level. Whether it's a relaxing bird call or a recording of a screaming actor, when it comes down to it, it's all physics, man.
