Tech leaders like Steve Wozniak who co-founded Apple and Evan Sharp, he co-founded Pinterest have been vocal opponents of open AI. We get a lot of really wild statements from people afraid of science fiction movies becoming reality. People are afraid of being killed or enslaved by robots. There's a very interesting opinion piece in time this week, pausing AI developments isn't enough. You need to shut it all down written by an AI theorist. And I think it's really important when people are throwing around that kind of rhetoric to step back and refocus on the real problems with AI.
