The vinyard of the land would be desolated. It has no residual purpose or practical use. Can you enumerate the different ways that vine imagery is employed in scripture acts? Acts, chapter 13 begins with a transition from jerusalem and out into the wider world. With it comes a shift in focus, a movement into travel.
