Is Forest River a Standard Conglomerate?

Berkshire bought a company called Forest River run by a fellow named Pete legal I'd say about ten years ago or so and it's interesting Pete was not an MBA type at all he's a terrific guy. Three companies now accounting for about 80% of the share in the RV market are there greater barriers to entry than in the past or can a feisty upstart like Forest River still come out of nowhere and gain a lot of share.
