Ross was also the former director of research for the Navy's science and engineering programme. Some interesting claims were made by nat cobitz about some non human craft that had been involved in what they called the 'unidentified aerial phenomena' (UAPs) The department of defense said this year that ou a p are real - but it has not revealed how many there are or when they will be disclosed.
