Tax Vouchers - Shouldn't They Be Used for Religious Instruction?
If you want to send your kids to a secondary school that is run by my localn, but they're also going to be instructed in judaism and reciting the tor. That's favoring religion. But if you say, here's your voucher, you can use it at a non sectarian institution, but definitely not a sectarian institution, then what you're doing is your disfavor. And what the supreme court has said is, look, equal, equal playing field here between religious and non religious institutions when the purpose of the programme is a secular purpose. In other wordsat there is nobody who's come forward to say the underlying programme was to advant religions.
