Is the Retailer Sub-Contracting a Delivery Firm?
I think you've explained it perfectly and the answer is no, not that I'm aware of. So all we can do is put pressure on retailers not to use companies who have very poor customer service ratings. The retailer then has sub-contracts of its parcel delivery firm. While you may be unhappy with the firm that's delivered your parcel, you have to,. you know, you should actually be happy with the retailer because it shows who it would subcontract it to. But I don't actually see the model changing much unless we have a bit of consumer pressure on that. And there are others out there that we need to put pressure on as well.
