Ecentric Focus Training

Eccentric training increases fascical length. Because your getting the muscles being stretched while it's producing a high force. You need a high force o you can do tempo eccentric training. We can get people lowing, lowering down over a prolonged period of time that increases time and attention. That may create a hypertrophic stimulus where we get more muscle mass. It's not truly eccentric training. If i want to accelerate more effectively, i need to apply for more force in a given time. So if you want to increase ho fast mi ne extends during er ai an ecentric action on an iso connectic dynamometer, more force has to be applied to get me to higher velocity.
