The bodis suggests a whole different attitude takes the different form. Hyper vigilance is not neededwe we don't have to have that adde quality of urgency. We can relax back and simply beo wholesome state is present. Sometimes it's engaging with a sword. And in this way, our practice gets very dynamic. It's not wrote, you know, we have to use the tools that are appropriate to sarising but with wholesome states of mind.
