I really loved talking to Stuart at Loom about well about many things but I appreciated in particular his approach to the team culture on the brand design team at Loom just seems like it's such a great place for the designers to work. Small Company Hustle is something that I saw in particular through my interview with Julia from buffer and David from Sendable because they are like the sole designers on the team they were sharing their experiences of working as solo designers. Designing a sub brand has always been one of my favorite parts of working houses, especially when you're able to step away from your main color palette or look beyond what you've used all day every day into new areas.
