Ike: It's such a powerful thing to not think about what you're trying to get out of that deal. And actually, by meeting them where they are, and knowing that you could be kind of their golden ticket an you are passing your business on, at the end of the day, you're probably to walk away with a better deal for that. I'm amazed that sellers don't always take a step back or just consider what buyer's motivations are right? Ike: If you dig a little bit in there, and you'll often get a much, much better deal.
