How Much Risk Are You Winning?
I would like always bring into consideration for example you're in the later stage of the design process and you've built a solution. I think it's way more expensive to build something and then find out if it's the right thing as opposed to finding out before you actually build it. Nielsen Norman studies show five six people will uncover probably 80 percent of most usability issues so it's really really a small effort with huge impact potentially. If there's not that big of an effort then by all means why would you skip it? So yeah I would say you've already shared a personal story do you have any other stories that come to your mind or any other situations where research was disconsidered and
