Positive Freedom Is a Coherent Concept

i think there's a tendency to link up a desire for strong protections of negative freedom with just a desire for stasis, ta desire to restrict possibilities for the future. In negative freedom, it requiresa subject, right? It requires an additional amount of imputs. And in positive freedom, you can simply talk about the overall, the number of configuration states of a system. So i would put that as as related to the reason why i think that negative freedom is ultimately an incoherent concept and why i thinkpositive freedom is the coherent concept.
