You can have your eyes open or closed, but for the practices of today, I'll just guide you to gently close your eyes and start to deepen your breath. Using your imagination, feel your energy spiraling down from your heart, through your body, through your legs, dropping into the earth. So much appreciation for this Mother Earth. Feel yourself relaxing and lengthening. Energy rising up to your crown. Feeling an activation, a tingling in the center of your brain, activating your pineal gland. Allow yourself to merge in with the light of source.
