Russia's Gas Prom Controls 51% of the Company

CNN's John Defterios looks at an article that claims the U.S. government is behind a plot to destroy natural gas pipelines in Germany and Western Europe. The author, Michael Hirsch, says Russia controlled 51% of the company which would have allowed it to bypass any need to transit Ukraine. He writes: "A action that could be traced to the administration would violate US promises to minimize direct conflict with Russia"
