The Chonen Sinking
In March 2010, a South Korean Navy vessel named the Chonen sunk just a few miles south of North Korea's nautical border. Kim Jong-un has continued to deny any role in the attack and repeatedly refused to apologize for it. People have trouble understanding why dictatorships like North Korea would take a risk like this, but they would have to gain from kicking a hornet's nest.
