How to Talk to a Client About Their Investment

I don't really believe in a gut feeling about an Investment from like a mathematical return every time I hear it. You should totally pay attention to your gut reaction to the person that's bringing it to you. And if you feel like there's some red flags and some like discomfort and some uneasiness, just make sure you're protected. So we were asking questions and as we got through it this client was having a hard time articulating what was even happening?You know, like I actually don't know what they're doing and there's this other investment over here and they want to take money out of this and then sell me equity here and then invest in this other thing
