I think on the HR side, I mean, generally if you work in HR, you probably have at least an inclination towards people. So that's kind of a step one. You find less of that in HR than maybe in other functions because engineering, for example, software engineering, IT like cap out at a certain level of seniority as an individual contributor and you're forced into management to develop your career. And so this idea of like ship it, measure it, adjust it and iterate, I think those types of product and marketing sensibilities moving into HR with these new skillsets coming in allows us to just develop things much more quickly," she said.
