The Role of NF1A ET02 in Pure Urethroid Leukemia
Pure urethroid leukemia, also known as AML M6B or D-Googlyelmo disease. Most prevalent lesions are mutations in the TP53 tumor suppressor gene. NF1A ETO2 fusion blocks urethroblast maturation and induces pure urethoid leukemia with mutant TP53. expression of NF1A ET02 produced aberrant clonogenic activity and induced a highly penetrant erythroluchemia in mice.
