The Future of Youth Unemployment in China

The Chinese Communist Party has taken some pains really to distance itself from the legacy of Chairman Mao and particularly for what happened during the cultural revolution. So Holden do you think that the plan will be different to what Chairman Mao tried and people were dramatised by or do you think actually this is government just showing some hubris or even like lack of direction knowing how to deal with this? I feel that it has to be different.
