Music Is a Refuge of Uplift and Pleasure
My birth mother died the day after my fourth birthday. The was searing for a young boy. Music has always been a refuge of uplift and pleasure. I think that every older person needs an avocation that brings them joy. There's always a mixture. So i would say, if you're stuck in a bad story line about how things are to day, tell yourself a different story. You canno yet himself. That just doesn't exist.
