C++ 20 - What's the Functionality of the Language?

C++ is a class with a constructor. It defines how you can use some objects, and in particular, it defines how you create the object and how you clean up after it. The other thing that's coming out that I have a little finger in was something called modules which gives us major improvements in compile time speed.
