The Spirit of God Is Now in and It's What Does It for Us and It Is What Did It for Noah
Peter is making a point that the spirit of God Is now In. That makes it available for us to look differently at suffering and how we deal with things. The spirit of God is what did it for Jesus and it's what does it for us, he says. He also points out that in verse 18 Jesus was put to death in the body but made alive by the spirit Through whom that spirit preached.
