How Do I Combine or Conciliate These Two Sets of Data?

S sails force has been using self reported attribution for the past year. They also had a pre proscribed dropdown list, which they've only just changed to free form. Ather says what they're geting in self reported attribution is different than what sails force is saying. And there's two separate measurements built for two separate things.
