The Pros and Cons of Repurposing
I saw in one of your interviews that you did with someone, an expert on repurposing. They talked about 30% of office buildings could be repurposed into residential. And what struck me was that if we're going to be faced with the situation that a lot of city centres now, it's empty. It's actually emptier on Friday than it is on Sunday. I think most cities are very kind of rigid by choice. You know, they have very clear zoning or land use rules. So just by relaxing those things and letting them happen would make a big difference.
