"I was never going to wake up on a Wednesday and be like oh let me do a bunch of push ups but if I kind of thought about it with my you know prefrontal cortex my planning part of my brain the week prior," she says. "This is also very important if you're into going to workout classes and there's you know a childcare aspect that needs to be arranged." She adds: "It's very hard to you know go to your favorite spin class if you kind of haven't thought about it beforehand".
