i think i've enjoyment of things with whether or not i'm good at them, because i feel such shame any time i'm not good at something. And in my twenties, as m going to nail this now, i'm goig to hire a coach. So many people are talking to me about these, both expectations they have of themselves that are just really unrealistic and sky high,. but also this inability to accurately assess their own achievement. It's like grandiosity, isn't it? That we get attached to an idea of ourselves who we should be - which is actually what we wish we were.
