I wanted to jig into the transparency piece. Is that the same point as the transparency piece or those two different kind of heuristics? That's transparency. Yeah. So what happened was we realized that we share the story actually quite openly and I'll share it here again, which is one of the things that kicked off products for us. It was a moment in company history where we realized that there was not transparency across the aisle and there was this lack of readiness out to customers. This was the biggest launch in our company history since the launch of the product. And so it was a moment where we all sat down very openly and shared with each other what we all could have done
