The Power of Empathy

In a free society, people don't need to do anything. If you tell somebody they need to do something, you might as well just like, they're not going to do it. The arrogance of us saying things like need to be re-skilled is so far from empathetic that we have to get better. Those who don't re-skill will have to somehow be subsidized. That means 50% of the jobs that are going to be gone over the next three to five years will be replaced in 10. But there might be a five year gap there where we don't know even what those things are. So is that four four? Like we have to rapidly learn to teach
