How to Eat Green Leafy Greens

Four to six cups of some sort of green leafies a day. I think the more greens are better but sometimes people are a little freaked out by that. Just having those leafy greens gives you all those nutrients vitamins and fiber plus the folate that you need folate is vitamin B nine. So it's an easy thing to do. Certainly if you're not a fan of leafy greens, start small and try to build your way up.
