Simon Shama's the French Revolution Citizens

Simon Shama's book about the French Revolution Citizens is a phenomenal book, one of the best popular histories I've ever read. It just seems like a smooth kind of narrative. Whereas this other stuff, there was a moment where all of these things became the correction of the myth of America. In that correction, the over-correction means indulging in a lot of things that are either flat out lies or things that are not very true.
