i wonder what are the incentives for a company that's focused on sort of improving mental health. How you decide to measure success actually just kind of turns out to be where you steer the ship. i hope this is the legacy of a year 20 20, because people are working and living in the same space, and it's cause mental health issues. People see first hand how mental health is impacting their productivity and their decision making. 85 % of the people say their mental health issue sat work is impacting their personal life. And i hope that legacy will live on.
