What Is Fatigue in a Training Session?

Most people have a gear they don't either, and you and I are probably even still like that too. But so those are maxed out. So what happens when you look at a proper like D load or tapering cycle is that you're allowing that fatigue to dissipate. Then when you go in, all of the adaptations that occur from the training are now allowed to fully be expressed on meat day. Once we can remove the fatigue factors, there's a multitude of things that can be expressed whether it's an hypertrophy or strength that we didn't feel like we were present before.
