The Language Shift in Your New Book, Struggle Care

In your new book, you talk a lot about care tasks. Can you explain what those are? Yes, so the term struggle care is sort of a play on self care. And i wanted to switch this language to represent what these tasks really are - they're not about being good enough. Are not about being a good mother or a spouse or a person or a valid dolt. They're really just tasks that you do to care for yourself.
