Androgenic Side Effects in PCOS
There's so many different vectors and really a multifaceted approach specific to the timing of the patient. So if we're talking about pharmacology that reduces the androgenic burden you really don't want that at the time when you're trying to conceive. With the albactone this one can carry a bit of a side effect profile because it is originally a blood pressure medication it can cause elevated levels of potassium. And then with the five alpha reductase inhibitors those are very helpful in terms of recovering hair loss. Some topical agents or laser hair removal devices things like that can be helpful for those cosmetic things.
