The property tax is my probably all time least favorite tax on anybody. They're taxing the property you own, not your real property. We had a girl sue me for like 800 bucks. And she was really stupid. She put my name down to reference. There's somebody call me asking me if I know this person. Like, well, if you want to get sued, go ahead and hire.
