Some people really believe in intermittent fasting intermittent fasting. People who intermittent fast for diet purposes say that it helps their stomach feel better. It helps them lose weight if they eat only during a certain window of the day. Eating at night and snacking at night can mean that you're just eating a lot of calories throughout the day which is not good if you want to maintain a healthy weight. If you become too obsessed with the way that you eat or if you don't eat at all that's called an eating disorder. I think if you focus on health your eating and your exercise will come together in a nice way and you'll feel good.
